The El Mirage Municipal Court is responsible for the expedient adjudication of Criminal Misdemeanors, Criminal and Civil Traffic violations, El Mirage City Code violations, Injunctions Prohibiting Harassment and Orders of Protection that occur within the City Limits.

It is the court’s responsibility to safeguard the rights of the accused, the victim, and the interest of the Public.  The Municipal Court Judge is appointed by the Mayor and Council.
