Choice Pay
Choice Pay allows City of El Mirage customers to pay their monthly utility statement 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the internet or by phone. There is a $2.95 convenience fee charged for each payment transaction using the Internet or telephone payment system. Allow up to 72 hours for transactions to post.
Both of these choices accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and can also accept electronic payment directly from your checking account. ChoicePay charges a fee to use their electronic bill payment system
Payment by Credit Card
Visa, MasterCard and debit cards are accepted as valid forms of payment.
Drop Box Locations
Payments can be made by check at two drop box locations:
- City Hall - 12145 NW Grand Avenue
- Drive through drop box located at the parking lot entrance from the Grand Avenue Frontage Road

Payment Window
Payments are also accepted at the Customer Service department cashier window at City Hall located at 12145 NW Grand Avenue. The building is located on the southwest corner of Grand Avenue and Primrose Street
