How do inspections work?
On-site inspections will be required to make certain the work conforms to the local codes and the approved plans. The inspector will answer questions or concerns about your project and will inform you as to the next required inspection. Inspection requests are the responsibility of the owner/contractor.

The inspector will visit your site the next business day if the request is received 4 pm the previous business day. The inspector will provide documentation when the job is complete. A Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Completion will be issued upon request by homeowners and as a routine for all commercial projects
